All participants and accompanying persons must complete the attached registration form which should be sent by e-mail ( lutra@live.it) or by fax 0039 0382 987719.
Only the accommodation fee is requested from Session Chairmen.

Registration fees

The costs of registration are detailed below. Regular registrations must be received not later than 31 May 2011. Please note that there will be an increase in fees after this date. The deadline for regular registration and abstracts has been postponed to June 8, 2011.


Registration fees for all participants include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to the poster exhibition
• Congress material (bag, final program, abstract book)
• Coffee breaks and light lunches

Registration fees do not include:

• Conference dinner (60 €, transfers included) on 2 September 2011
• Accommodation in student colleges, hotels, camping sites or other resorts. Accommodation in student colleges will be assigned by the organising committee according to room availability. Important: seven double rooms are still available in the university campus.
• Transfers and excursions

Payment

Payment, to be made at the time of registration, should be in Euros. Registration opens on October 1, 2010.
Payment is only acceptable by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). Because charges for bank transfers may be deducted twice - once in the country of origin and a second time in Italy, for registrations outside Italy we recommend the use of a credit card.
In the case of bank transfers please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the organising committee will send you a confirmation form that also serves as invoice. Please remember to show it at the registration counter when picking up your congress materials.
Cancellations before June 15, 2011, the fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 30 € for administrative costs. No refund can be made for cancellations received after this date.

A letter from their institution is requested for students; only coffee breaks and light lunches are included for accompanying persons.
